I love a good awards ceremony… there’s nothing I like better than picking my winner from the nominations and cheering them on as the presenters open the golden envelope… however last night didn’t quite go to plan for my wannbe winners.
It was Taylor Swift who managed to scoop up five of the awards on offer, as well as beating the likes of Michael Jackson, Lady GaGa and Eminem to bag herself the much sought-after 'Artist Of The Year' gong.
Michael Jackson didn’t miss out completely though, he was honoured in the 'Favourite Male Artist Soul R&B' and 'Favourite Male Artist Pop/Rock' whilst Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Eminem, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, Shakira, Carrie Underwood, Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Lopez, Green Day and Adam Lambert all entertained the crowds during the event.
