American pop sensation Fifth Harmony are going to be releasing their debut UK single 'Sledgehammer' next month, alongside a performance on The X Factor UK semi-final.
The group themselves are made up of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane - all of which auditioned as solo artists for The X Factor USA in 2012, but formed group Fifth Harmony under the guidance of mentor Simon Cowell.
Finishing third on the series they were immediately signed to Syco Entertainment and LA Reid's Epic Records, the group immediately got into the studio with producers including Julian Bunetta to create debut EP 'Better Together', storming into the top 10 charts in 41 countries.
Debut European single 'Sledgehammer' is written by Meghan 'All About That Bass' Trainor, and the five girls are hoping to add to their two American Gold-certified singles and loyal legion of fans.
'Sledgehammer' is officially released on December 7.
