Arcade Fire refuse to indulge in excessive boozing on tour, preferring to snack on sweet treats instead - but drummer Jeremy Gara is sporting a 30 pound (13.6 kilograms) weight gain as a result.
The band has toured extensively since 2008 and Gara admits he's piled on the pounds during his time on the road.
He said; "We've just done a two-year tour and I wasn't prepared to have a hangover everyday. We don't really drink, so we scoff (eat) instead. I went home from tour 30 pounds heavier.
"I have no self-control when it comes to chocolate. If there's 10 bars in the dressing room, they'll be gone in five minutes."
