Sugababe Amelle Berrabah is believed to be worried about her personal safety following a number of threats and nasty messages in the aftermath of bandmate Keisha Buchannan’s departure.
Whilst Amelle initially looked like a ’victim’ in the whole Sugababes bust-up, it seems sa though many fans are blaming her for the loss of the only original Sugababe and have been sending hate mail to the bands management.
Even worse, thousands of avid Keisha lovers have been penning harsh messages on Amelle's official Twitter page, leaving the singer in tears over the way the public are seeing her.
"She's petrified," explained one pal to Heatworld, "She won't be hitting the club scene until everything dies down. She feels she is at risk."
Poor Amelle, it’s tough being a popstar these days.
