Billy Joel Splits From Wife

Billy Joel and his wife Katie Lee have called time on their marriage after almost five years together.

In a statement, Billy Joel;s representative said; “After nearly five years of marriage, Billy and Katie have decided to separate. The decision is the result of much thought and consideration. Billy and Katie remain caring friends, with admiration and respect for each other.”

However, the spilt might not be as innocent as it may first appear as Katie, a celebrity chef, has been spotted spending an awful lot of time with Yigal Azrouel, a 36-year-old fashion designer from Israel.

The pair were snapped dancing rather intimately in Miami earlier this year, and recently it is thought that the designer has been referring to Lee as; “My Girlfriend.”

Oh, poor Billy Joel.
