Cheryl Tweedy Diagnosed With Malaria

Cheryl Tweedy might have looked like she just had a bit of exhaustion after collapsing during a photoshoot at the weekend, but further examination has unearthed that she's actually suffering from the deadly malaria virus.

Concern grew over the star when she began to drift in and out of consciousness, but initial reports suggest that the virus has been caught in plenty of time to ensure the star makes a full recovery.

It's thought that Cheryl picked up the virus during her controversial break to Tanzania with rumoured lover Derek Hough despite taking anti-malaria tablets.

What's more, it looks like the beauty will miss the remaining X Factor live auditions while she stays at home recovering.
