Chris Martin isn’t half a man in demand, Robert Downey, Jr is even trying to get his hands on the rocker after planning to get his pal and Iron man co-star Gwyneth Paltrow’s hubby involved in his new film.

Robert Downey, Jr thinks that Chris and his Coldplay mates will boost the soundtrack of his new Sherlock Holmes, because the rocker's a huge fan of the super sleuth - not because he’s making incredible hits then Rob?

The actor has revealed the Coldplay star has been offering him tips about playing Holmes on the big screen - and now he hopes Martin will add music to Guy Ritchie's much-anticipated movie. He says, "We are hoping Chris Martin of Coldplay will contribute to our score.

"He’s a huge Sherlock Holmes fan. He told me you need to be really skinny, which is always the last thing you want to hear."
