Elton John
Elton John has written to the Governor of California in the hope of protecting a HIV/AIDs program which helps those low income sufferers of the virus.
Elton John is a prolific HIV/AIDs campaigner and even runs his own foundation to help victims with the fatal illness.
He decided to contact the governor when he heard that American politicians at Florida’s Department of Health are considering making cuts to the states AIDs Drug Assistance Program, and changing the income eligibility system which helps the poorer individuals suffering from the virus.
Elton John and his partner, David Furnish, contacted Rick Scott, and urged him to help protect the program.
