Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are in the middle of a family "debate" over whether their 11-year-old daughter Gracie should own a cell phone.The singers are stuck when it comes to Gracie's phone woes and they're asking for advice from friends and family. Hill says, "I don't want to be a prude, the uncool parent, but I really don't feel she needs one right now."And the couple also have issues with Gracie's need for her own email address.
