Frankie Sandford nursing snowboarding injury

Frankie Sandford is seeking medical treatment after sustaining a snowboarding injury.
 
The Saturdays star has been taking lessons in the extreme sport, but a session went wrong and Sandford was left in severe pain over the weekend.
 
In a series of posts on her Twitter page, she writes: "After the falls at snowboarding I have spent the last few days unable to walk properly. Sit comfortably and being pretty much helpless.
 
"So... Now I can walk without needing a nice young man to help me. Chiropractor tomorrow! Ermmmm I'm scared. Not gonna lie!... Still not giving up it's far too much fun! And the outfits are gloriously colourful and cosy!"
