Punk icon Debbie Harry has been hailed the Ultimate Icon at Cosmopolitan's Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London.

The Blondie frontwoman was honoured for her contributions to the music industry during a ceremony on Thursday, and Kylie Minogue presented her with the prize.

Jessie J continued to build on her success by picking up the Ultimate U.K. Music Star title, while former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland was named Ultimate TV Personality for her stint as a judge on the U.K. version of talent show The X Factor.

Model Daisy Lowe claimed the Ultimate Style Queen award, actress Amanda Holden earned the Ultimate Theatre Star trophy for her stint in the West End musical Shrek, and TV stars Lauren Socha from Misfits and Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery collected the Ultimate TV Actress and Ultimate Newcomer accolades, respectively.

Boyband JLS won the Ultimate Men of the Year prize.
