Leona Lewis has disappointed scores of fans by reportedly calling off plans to tour Australia, Asia and Europe due to her recent split from boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa.
According to reports, the singer has decided that becoming single is good reason to cancel her tour and return to the studio to record songs for the deluxe edition of Echo and her third album.
A source said: "Leona's heart just wasn't in the tour towards the end of the UK leg. She was upset, teary and heartbroken over her split with Lou. She'd been with him for 10 years. This was the love of her life.
"The last thing she wanted was to be on the road away from a support network of friends and family. She wasn't up for it emotionally. She's full of ideas. She's got a new lease of life in songwriting. She's putting her heartbreak into her music."
Kinda of disappointing then that even when we spilt up with our boyfriends, we are still expected to come into work?
