Ludacris and Ne-Yo honours at Top Awards ceremony

Ludacris, Ne-Yo and hip-hop star Jermaine Dupri were honoured with top awards at the Ascap Rytham & Soul Honors Music Legeneds gala in Atlantic, Georgia on Wednesday night.

The prizewinners were all saluted for their services to the community.

Singer/songwriter Johnta Austin and music industry expert Shanti Das were also among those feted at the event.

Dupri was among three of the honourees who landed an official city proclamation from Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed.
