Mariah Carey is planning a spectacular new tour to promote her 2008 album E=MC2.The newlywed is in talks to kick off the tour in the autumn, and she promises her road-show will be packed with glitz, glamour and fireworks.Carey tells MTV, "I like elaborate. We only do substantial. That's what my jeweller says. I haven't gotten the looks in mind just yet, but we're going to figure it out soon enough. "I'm looking at November right now.
