I thought as Scary Spice, Melanie Brown would have more confidence than anyone I’ve ever met, but it seems that the start has to be under hypnosis in order to get her kit off.

The former Spice Girl has been hypnotised so she has the confidence to strip onstage in Las Vegas when she kicks off her saucy stage production Peepshow in Sin City next week and admits she needed a little help getting ready for the racy show.

She tells People.com, "My friend hypnotised me before I started rehearsals to have a real open mind. I was getting a bit nervous. My anxiety was getting to me. I was hypnotised to calm me down and it worked."

Maybe I could practise it on a few of the hotties at work?
