The Darkness Planning World Tour

The Darkness are planning a world tour to cement their comeback after reuniting recently.

Justin Hawkins, the singer for the band, has announced that they are working on a third album and will also perform at a number of gigs and festivals over the summer. 

Though the album doesn’t drop until next year, the band has plenty of live dates planned.

 He tells Britain's Q magazine, "There'll probably be a The Darkness album in 2012, but somehow we'll get new music out before then. A U.K. tour at the end of that year and then the world. Again."
