The 30-year-old rock star and his band are set to warm up for headliner Adele on the Pyramid Stage later today (25.06.16) and despite having graced the coveted platform with the Arctic Monkeys in 2007 and 2014 the singer is feeling the pressure of performing at the world famous event, but promised it'll be good.

Speaking earlier from the site on Worthy Farm in Somerset, England, he said: "I feel like Will Smith in 'Men in Black'. Show-wise we haven't done a lot. This will be the big one. Miles and I have crept the boards together at Glastonbury many times. Whether it be the John Peel stage or me on the Pyramid. We know our way around. We are looking old..."

The rocker is known to dance along to the music whilst he plays, though insisted he doesn't know he's doing it.

He added that the band - which also includes Miles Kane, Simian Mobile Disco's James Ford and Zach Dawes - know it will be intense as they perform in front of thousands but hopes he'll still enjoy it.

He said: "I don't even know I'm doing (the dance).

"I'm sure today is going to be like the speed boat chase from (the movie) 'Face Off'. It will be exactly like that, you know what I mean."

Miles agreed and confessed he's trying not to let nerves get to him.

Speaking on BBC Radio One, he added: "I think this is the first time I've felt nervy, I don't know why. Everyone builds it up so much, I just hope it goes well, I'm sure it will."
