Cher is has put her Malibu, California mansion on the market, with a staggering $45 million (£22.5million) asking price.The 62-year-old singer's massive Renaissance-style estate - built in 1992 - boasts a six-bedroom, seven bathroom spread, including a theatre, gym, tennis court, pool and multiple verandas.Her move is the latest in a series of real-estate shuffles for the star as in 2006 she purchased a condominium in Los Angeles and sold another property in Florida for $8.8 million (£4.4million).
