The producer's recently been working with 1D band member Zayn Malik on new music, but believes though they may be interested in solo work, they'll stay together forever.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper he said: "I still think there's nothing wrong with trying different things.

"They are all experimenting and dabbling but I think the band will be together for the next 20 years."

The DJ was recently snapped in the studio with Zayn and said that their time together has resulted in new music for the band's next album, as well as tracks for Naughty Boy's own solo record.

"I can't deny the fact that we have made music together.

"That's music we've made for One Direction and also that Zayn is going to feature on my next album.

"We're making music and having fun. This is just like a side gig and I don't think there is anything wrong with it."

Although the group have topped the charts around the world with their catchy tunes, the producer believes his potential will be shown even more through his contribution to the forthcoming albums.

"It's a good time for Zayn to showcase what he really can do.

"I don't think that is being fully exploited within the band because there are five people and it needs to be balanced out.

"They all have something to show the world as individuals. They can always come back together and do their thing. I don't think they will ever split up."
