Paula Abdul has split from her fiance.

Paula Abdul, a singer from the 80s who was well-known for her dance moves and music videos, and more recently a judge on American Idol and now the US X Factor met her now ex-fiance on a flight back in 2010.

Jeff Bratton owns Cascine, a record label, he has confirmed the slpit between the couple saying: "Paula and I split in November, it was an amicable thing.

But between the final months of X Factor and my responsibilites with Cascine, there was little time for us. We're still close, and I'll always be grateful for the time we shared as a couple."

In 1988 Abdul released the album "Forever Your Girl", we'll have to wait and see whether the album title name rings true with her high-flying relationship with Bratton or whether they'll be feeling a little "Cold Hearted" towards eachother.
