Duhamel Surprises Fergie With Vow Renewal Ceremony

Josh Duhamel injected some much needed romance into his marriage with his wife Fergie. The actor whisked her off to a luxury resort to celebrate their first wedding anniversary - and surprised the pop star by organising a secret vow renewal ceremony on the beach.

The couple wed on 10 January 2009 in Malibu, California, but have faced a rocky first year as husband and wife after a stripper alleged she had a fling with the Transformers star.

The Hollywood hunk dismissed the rumours as false, and the pair has fought to keep their marriage together.

And Duhamel proved his commitment to his wife just days before they their anniversary, by flying Fergie by helicopter to the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara for a secluded beach side ceremony to renew their wedding vows.

The Black Eyed Peas singer was "crying and very emotional" as they took part in the 15-minute service.

A source says, "It was a total surprise for Fergie."
