Odette

Odette

Following the popular singles ‘Just Listen’, ‘Ride Your Bike’, and ‘My Friend’,  female singer song-writer Odette is now releasing her stunning debut album Just Me through Marbles Records.

Following strong reviews and radio play for the release of her 3 singles, Odette’s diverse sparkling debut album ‘Just Me’ recorded at Britannia Row Studios (founded and previously owned by Nick Mason of Pink Floyd), and mixed at the well-known London Metropolis Studios, will be released this January 18.

The album takes the pop nous of the 60s sound and brings it straight up to the present day with striding vocals, memorable hooks and a commercial rock sensibility. The album is a work of consistency, each track full of nagging refrains and insidious melodies all delivered in Odette’s trademark style.

The album is her first full length debut release and was recorded at Britannia Row Studios (founded and previously owned by Nick Mason of Pink Floyd) and mixed and mastered at the well-known London Metropolis Studios.

Born in Rome, Italy, Odette has lived long parts of her life in New York and in London, where she currently resides ahead of her aural assault on our senses in 2010. Her history in music started aged five with the piano, followed by writing lyrics and poems at nine, and songwriting at fourteen.

Odette signed her first record deal singing and playing the keyboard in a band during her late teens and had her songs published by Warner Chappel in Italy. After a phase studying and working in the business world she has now returned to her first love, music, and with “Just Me”, you will find 15 good reasons to be glad she’s found her way back.

Odette’s music is currently being played in Café Nero bars and Zara shops across the UK. As well as this, she will be showcasing the album at the renowned MIDEM music festival in Cannes on January 24th and following this performance with live dates across the UK from the end of the month.
