Blue Print 3 due September 11th

Super mogul Jay Z has recently released a track which literally has the internet going nuts.

The track Death of Auto tune (D.O.A) is void of the production tool which has made a resurgence over the last two years thanks to the likes of T Pain and Kanye West, a close friend and producer of Jay-Z’s.

The date that the album is slated to hit shelves is exceptionally significant as it will be eight years since the Blueprint 2 hit stores. The album is being released through Roc Nation with marketing and promotions being handled by Warner Music Group/Atlantic.

The RZA wants Chris Brown

After the debacle over the Grammy Weekend which saw Chris Brown literally ousted from the entertainment business, one person is still as keen, if not keener, as ever to have him work on his next project.

Front man and founder of the Wu Tang Clan RZA is hoping to cast the once R&B pop sensation in a role in his remake of the classic movie, The Last Dragon.

Brown would be cast in the lead role of Leroy Green and the negativity surrounding the singer is not a concern of the super producer.

"[I asked him] about a month before -- just before the jump off, but I'm still with it," RZA said in a recent interview. "I'm still with it. Yea, I think it adds even more of a dynamic so he could do good on the screen. I'm one of those kinds of directors though. I'm one of those kind of people that loves to get dynamic."

Cassie blames Gmail

Last month the net was abuzz with naked photos of both Cassie and Rihanna which had been allegedly leaked by unknown sources.

In a recent interview Cassie explained that she believes the blame for her naked shots being posted on the net was down to Gmail as the pics had been sent over a year ago to her significant other and had since been deleted from her computer.

The incident concerning Cassie, who has been linked to Bad Boy Sean Combs on many occasions, is said to be being handled by authorities and they are making considerable head way in uncovering who actually leaked the pictures. It has been noted however that the publicity failed to encourage sales for both victims.

Bow Wow Appeals to Columbia

Having been signed to Sony Columbia since he was a child rapper Bow Wow thinks the time has finally come for him to part ways with the label that is home to Beyonce, John Legend, Destiny’s Child due to their inefficient handling of rappers.

After releasing his most recent Hip-Hop offering New Jack City II, the 22 year old Ohio native was disappointed in the support he failed to secure from his label.
In a recent video interview Bow Wow had this to say "I'm going to talk directly into the camera because I know people are probably in the office getting calls saying Bow Wow was on here talking about he wants off Columbia Records," he said in a video.

"Everybody in the office at Columbia Records, do me a favor. My fans, they see it. They recognize it. They see you guys ain't working as hard as you guys used to work back in 2000. It's a big difference, they see it...Can you please grant me this one wish? Columbia, can you please grant me this wish and let me go? That's all I'm asking, please let me go. Please, please, please, please, please, please.”
