The Twilight Sad

The Twilight Sad

The first question that comes up after we press play is; ‘Is it going to be more dreary music?’ and sadly, it kinda was.

It’s kind of got hints of Snow Patrol in there, and it’s also got great vocal delivery form their singer, in fact, his voice is pretty epic. And the drumming isn’t bad either.

On the whole though it’s quite melancholy and we don’t really feel so much of a melody in it…  it’s a bit Editors-ish in that way, and on that note, Owen adds “It’s not strong enough to keep my attention for long enough though if I’m honest.”

Its almost like something from a film, where someone is running, either to kill someone or after someone - Quentin Tarantino should maybe give it a listen….?
