Billy Corgan Is Fine

Smashing Pumpkins star Billy Corgan has assured fans he's fine after passing out onstage during a show in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday night.

The rocker appeared dizzy during the band's performance of Bullet with Butterfly Wings at the sold out Ritz Ybor venue and briefly stumbled and fell, but he insists there's nothing to worry about and the show will go on.

In a Twitter.com post to fans on Thursday, Corgan wrote, "For those that saw me fall last night during Bullet, that wasn't a stage move or clumsiness, that was me blacking out and wiping out.

"I have no memory of falling against the drum riser and my guitar cabinet, but I can tell you I've got quite a good bruise + am moving slow."
