London, July 2007 - Grace have announced the release of their new single ‘Sink Like a Stone’ through the legendary, recently re-launched ‘Charisma’ label on September 3rd 2007. Available on CD, 7 picture disc and digital download ‘Sink Like a Stone’ is the third single to be taken from the band’s debut album ‘Detours’, which was released to universal acclaim.Both ‘Sink Like a Stone’ and ‘Detours’ were produced by Steve Osborne (Doves, Elbow) and mixed by Michael Brauer (Coldplay, Kooks) and the various single formats also include new songs ‘Pay To See Me’ and ‘Million Faces’ alongside the ‘Sink Like a Stone’ promo video and exclusive versions and mixes of the single.‘Sink Like A Stone’ is a melodic yet melancholic tale of depression and loss that packs a real emotional punch. A live anthem, the song is a particular favourite of the band. Previous limited edition singles ‘Stand Still’ and ‘Wonderful’ received widespread praise, the former even meriting inclusion in ‘The Sunday Times Top 40 Pop Singles of 2006’. Enthusiastic radio support has also already come from the likes Jo Whiley and Zane Lowe at Radio 1 alongside significant playlist rotation from Virgin Radio and XFM amongst others.

Grace have already undertaken 2 extensive UK tours this year, playing alongside The Hoosiers and receiving a rapturous reaction wherever they have performed.

Their next major live performance will be at the Uncut stage at Latitude Festival, Suffolk on July 13th. More live dates are due to be announced shortly.
