Jennifer Love Hewitt is "loving" being pregnant.
Love Hewitt 34 is expecting her first child with fiancé Brian Hallisay and although she has been feeling some of the less pleasant symptoms of pregnancy overall she's been comfortable.
She said: "I'm loving [being pregnant]! It's really been a joy.
"I have no complaints. I mean, tired feet and all the stuff you hear about, but nobody needs to hear about that."
Jokingly Jennifer added: "[Being pregnant] is a lot to handle at the moment. Getting out of bed without making a weird, old lady noise is about all I can take right now!"
Jennifer was close to her mother, Patricia Mae, who tragically lost her battle with cancer in June 2012, and is looking forward to developing the same kind of bond she shared with her mum with her own child.
Love Hewitt was at Susan's Magic Makers benefiting Camp Kesem, which is an event that supports children who are affected by a parent's cancer, at the weekend and told People at the event: "I lost my mum a little less than a year-and-a-half ago to cancer. Obviously, I got very lucky that even though I lost my mother, I lost her later in life, but it's still had a profound effect on me.
"I've always wanted to be a mum. I had a great relationship with mine. I'm ready to pass on to my child all the great love that my mum had for me."
