The 35-year-old actress - who is currently dating Prince Harry - has admitted her wardrobe choices when shooting scenes for the popular American series 'Suits', in which she portrays Rachel Zane, is more casual, although she is able to experiment with her own personal style, which sees her adorn cruelty free garments, a tailored blazer and shirt.
Speaking about her on-screen style, the brunette beauty said: "My wardrobe for 'Suits' isn't like 'Working Girl' -- dressing for work doesn't have to be so on-the-nose these days. The key is to have your own point of view attached to it. Personally, I love cropped pants in vegan leather, a great fitted blazer and a button-down."
However, the California-born star has hinted she is not bothered by criticism she may receive, and set up the website The Tig to help women find an outlet for positivity and inspiration away from the "snarky stuff" online.
She explained: "I see The Tig as a conversation between girlfriends. I love connecting with the fan base and sharing my experiences. There's so much snarky stuff on the Internet these days, so I've tried to create a space that's really positive and hopefully inspires you to do something that's uplifting and empowering."
Meanwhile, Meghan has revealed prior to her acting days her "side job" was being a calligrapher for weddings and events, and the skill has made her appreciate handwritten notes more, which she claims are a "lost art form".
She told Good Housekeeping magazine: "I used to be a calligrapher for weddings and events -- that was my side job while I was auditioning. I think handwritten notes are a lost art form. When I booked my first pilot, my dad wrote me a letter that I still have. The idea of someone taking the time to put pen to paper is really special."
