Yvonne asks :

I'm dying to wear leather trousers but can't find a flattering pair. I'm a size 16 and it's just that my thighs look a little too big in them, they do fit. What can I do?

Female First replies

Don't try them on alone, if you think that your legs look too big in them try them on with tunic tops and long shirts.

How you'll be wearing them, try them on like that and you'll get a feel for how they will look in your outfit choices.

Longline tunic tops and loose fitting blouses that finish mid-thigh are going to flatter your figure. But wearing such tight-fitting trousers you can balance the look with loose tops.

You could also try panel trousers, look for leather trousers with cotton panels which will help to break up the material. These are a little more comfortable to wear too.
