Disney Christmas

Disney Christmas

What if Christmas was more than just one day?

At Disneyland Paris, the Christmas celebration lasts two months! Starting 7 November 2010, winter will cast its snowy spell over the Disney Parks to create a truly enchanting holiday season for all.

Special event: This year, Disney is “unravelling” its Christmas magic with Rapunzel, the heroine of the new Walt Disney Pictures animation film, in Digital 3DTM in equipped theatres and in 2D, which hits theatres in the UK on January 28th 2011. This is a major first, since the new leading lady accompanied with Flynn, her beloved bandit, will make her entrance into the land where dreams come true, even before she appears on screen!

When the spirit of Christmas comes to Disneyland Paris…

… Snowflakes fall by the thousand over Main Street, U.S.A., blanketing the majestic Christmas tree that towers over Town Square and lights up in a magical ceremony. Sleeping Beauty Castle transforms into a sparkling crystal palace with a myriad of twinkling lights.

… Children can drop off their wish lists at Santa Claus’ Post Office, located in Santa’s village at the heart of the Disneyland Park. The winter magic continues with Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade, which closes with Santa as guest of honour in Dreams of Christmas.

… Mickey and friends don their best winter costumes for unforgettable shows and encounters that are set in décors straight out of the most beautiful fairytales to plunge guests into a truly unique atmosphere.

The heroes of Beauty and the Beast invite guests to enjoy the charm of Belle’s Christmas Village.

And enchantment reigns more than ever with the arrival of a brand-new Disney character at Royal Castle Stage.
