Whether it's the first season, or the fifth, we're hoping that Gotham is that much of a success it's going to be able to explore the origins of many characters from the DC Universe, including some of our favourites which we've listed below.

Mr. Freeze
We'd love to see the humble beginnings of Dr. Victor Fries, before his wife became terminally ill and he devoted his life to saving her and getting a cure, leading to his boss Ferris Boyle attacking him and exposing him to some of his very own chemicals, birthing Mr. Freeze.
Gotham starts on FOX this fall in America, and a UK broadcaster is expected to be announced soon.
