The network are to broadcast the first episode of the Breaking Bad spin-off, before the second airs the following night at the same time.

Subsequent episodes will then be shown in the show's regular Monday nights at 10pm slot.

Featuring Bob Odenkirk's Saul Goodman - the lawyer every fan fell in love with who was employed by meth king Walter White (Bryan Cranston) - he'll take the lead role in a new series created and executive-produced by Vince Gilligan - Breaking Bad's creator.

Co-executive producer Peter Gould is also onboard in a string of hour-long episodes that chronicle the exploits of Saul Goodman before he teamed up Walt, starting way back in 2002.

Michael McKean, Patrick Fabian, Jonathan Banks, Rhea Seehorn and Michael Mando are all also starring.

Though three months later than planned and with still a single minute of footage to air, a second season has already been picked up, ready to hit the air in 2016.
