Carrie Underwood may not have walked the red carpet at the Grammys with her new boyfriend, British singer Oliver Trevena, but that doesn't mean he wasn't with her. I saw Underwood and Trevena looking lovey-dovey at the Sony-BMG after-party at the Beverly Hills Hotel.The American Idol winner and her beau held hands on a couch while chatting with friends and sharing a small plate of assorted sushi. Trevena fetched a couple of drinks from one of the many open bars (he tipped the bartender $5), and then Underwood hand-fed him some of the night's waffle and fruit dessert.Paris Hilton and her on-again off-again b-f Stavros Niarchos appear to be back on. As Hilton made her way through a throng of salivating male admirers at Sony-BMG, Niarchos was like an obedient puppy, staying out of the way but following Hilton everywhere she went.Are Ashlee Simpson and ex-boyfriend Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) rekindling their romance? As big sister Jessica and John Mayer canoodled at Sony-BMG, Ash and Wentz talked quite closely in the corner of a private cabana. At one point, Wentz was behind Ashlee with his hands wrapped around her waist. Ashlee, however, was not at Helio's album release party for Fall Out Boy on Friday at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.Over at new West Hollywood hot spot Eleven, Jay-Z apparently was a no-show (none of my spies saw him) at People magazine's party for his girlfriend, Beyoncé. But no matter. Beyoncé had plenty of people to keep her company, including Christina Aguilera, Mary J. Blige and Earth Wind & Fire.In other Grammy couples news, James Blunt and maybe-girlfriend Petra Nemcova are keeping us guessing. As I already reported this weekend, the two were very much together on Friday at Justin Timberlake's Verizon Wireless party at Avalon, and now Planet Gossip's Matt Donnelly reports the pair attended Warner Music Group’s post-Grammy bash at the Cathedral in downtown L.A. Nemcova really seemed to be enjoying herself. She was quite wobbly as she and Blunt made their way through the crowd.With Al Gore up for an Academy Award for An Inconvenient Truth, it seems like he's on a campaign to win over Hollywood to ensure he takes that Oscar home. First, he was at Clive Davis' big-ticket party on Saturday, and then, at the awards ceremony he presented Best Rock Album with Queen Latifah. Later on, he and Tipper stopped by the Universal bash at the Palm Lounge. At 10 p.m., the Gores were at the Warner bash, where they danced to a live choir cover of—ready for this?—Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy.”While there were plenty of cozy couples out and about Grammy weekend, the PDA of Danity Kane's Aubrey O'Day was definitely the most surprising. As the Warner bash began winding down around midnight, O’Day and a brown-haired mystery gal-pal enjoyed a makeout session while a male companion snapped their photos. O’Day and her kissing partner ended the evening with some dirty dancing to AC/DC's “Shook Me All Night Long.”

So, whatever happened to the much anticipated Justin Timberlake sightings with possible-paramour Scarlett Johansson? The starlet was out and about, hitting the Warner soiree and the William Morris party at a private estate in Bel-Air, along with Gwen Stefani and Ciara.

However, J.T. was MIA because he wasn't feeling well. "He is really sick," a pal tells me. "I couldn't believe he could even get through the Grammys." Timberlake's rep says, "He has the flu."
