Transparent and Fargo were two of the deserving big winners at this year's Golden Globes, with The Affair, House of Cards and The Normal Heart also picking up awards.
Jeffrey Tambor in Transparent
With Jeffrey Tambor at the helm of the Amazon series Transparent - about an older father finally allowing himself to live his life as a trans woman - the actor picked up the gong for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical Series, with the whole show taking Best Comedy or Musical Series as well.
Fargo took home the best TV movie or miniseries prize whilst Billy Bob Thornton won best actor in that category for his role in the show also.
Cause for celebration came for the CW who got their first ever Golden Globe win for Gina Rodriguez's critically-acclaimed performance in Jane the Virgin - which yesterday was renewed for a second season.
