Lady Gaga and The Muppets

Lady Gaga truly put on a show when her Muppets Thanksgiving special aired in America on Thursday.

The show is now slated to come to British television over the Christmas period on Channel 5, where the pop sensation will share the stage with some very special guests.

Along with the Muppets, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, RuPaul and Elton John all took the time to duet with the star.

Songs from her new album 'ARTPOP' will be featured along with 'Deck The Halls', 'Jingle Bells' and 'Baby It's Cold Outside'.

Also featuring a sneak peek from the new Disney movie 'Muppets Most Wanted' - also featuring Gaga in a cameo performance - the program isn't one to be missed.

Katie Keenan, Channel 5’s Head of Acquisitions said, “What a combination: world class performer, Lady Gaga together with the greatest family entertainers the Muppets! This special will be a real treat for Channel 5 viewers this Christmas.”

The special will air at some point this Christmas, and 'Muppets Most Wanted' is released through cinemas March 28, 2014.
