The 32-year-old reality star is already mum to Polly, five, and son Ritchie, four, from previous relationships but is still in "shock" after finding out that she and her current boyfriend Billy Delbosq, 38, are two new additions to their family and initially blurted out the news to cousin and co-star Harry Derbridge because her significant other was away working.

She said: "I’m still in shock! I promise you now, I didn’t want any more children. When I met Bill I thought, ‘Do you know what, I’ll have one more.’ We are so excited – it’s going to be absolutely amazing. I was quite early [into the pregnancy] when I found out and Bill was away working.

I said to Harry 'I feel really different', I did a pregnancy test and it came up positive. I was like, “Oh my God, Harry, I’m pregnant!” He thought I was joking. I rang Bill straight away and I was like, “Oh my God, I’m pregnant.” He couldn’t believe it."

The 'TOWIE' star went on to explain that she initially had started to think of having a baby in 2023 because both of her children would be in school by then and didn't expect to become pregnant so quickly because she has only recently had her coil removed.

She told OK! Magazine: " did say I’d probably like a baby next year – get Ritch going to school because he’ll be starting school in September. Sometimes you plan it, but it sometimes doesn’t work out that way. We didn’t think it would happen so quickly. I had my coil removed because I was having some complications with it, but my doctor said it takes a while for it to come out of your system. Within two months I was pregnant. I don’t think people thought I would have any more children, but since meeting Bill I’ve felt completely different."

Meanwhile, Amy added that having a child of each gender would be "the dream" and the pair have already "decided on a few names" to choose from when the twins arrive.

Asked if she intends to find out the genders of the babies, she added: "Definitely. We need to be really organised. As long as they’re healthy and happy. But Polly is my best friend so imagine having two girls identical – amazing. A boy and a girl would be perfect. That would be our dream. We have decided on a few names, but I think when the babies get here, we’ll know. We don’t want to give too much away because we’ll probably change our minds. I like Prudence. I always said I want two children, but now I’ll be having four it’s going to be perfect. My family is so complete now!"
