The 20-year-old actor was just six years old when the ‘Big Brother’ star died aged 27 in 2009 following a battle with cervical cancer but has found the "perfect" way to pay tribute to her as he competes in the BBC Latin and ballroom show along with professional partner Diane Buswell if they are able to do so.

He told the Daily Mirror at the Pride of Britain Awards: "It’s going to be an emotional one, I feel like I might cry. So much stuff has happened in the 'Strictly' training room, it’s all going to come up and I’m going to cry.”

He added: "Our couples choice, there is a song that is so perfect, I would love to do it. If it happens, it happens, but I would love to do that."

The 'EastEnders' star called his time on the show - which is hosted by Claudia Winkleman, 51, and Tess Daly, 54, and judged by Shirley Ballas, 63, Craig Revel-Horwood, 58, Motsi Mabuse, 42, and Anton Du Beke, 57 - “gruelling” but insisted that it is also an "immense joy" to be taking part.

He said: "It’s been gruelling. In a sentence, it’s a source of immense joy and deep distress, in the space of an hour, every hour."

The National Television Award winner quipped that his television personality dad Jeff Brazier, 44, was “so proud” of him and all his achievements but, despite getting teary at his recent win was thinking about “upping his rent” at the family homestead where he lives with his 19-year-old brother Freddie.

Bobby added: "I’m 20, maybe it’s time for him to start charging me more.”

He revealed the “kind” foodie way that his old man was supporting him as he hones his twinkles toes to see off competition from showbiz mainstays like broadcast Angela Rippon, 78, reality star Zara McDermott, 26, Layton Williams, 29, and many others.

Bobby said: "He’s been cooking us big lunches which is really kind of him, I do really appreciate those."
