The ITV1 survival show - which sees famous faces leave behind their luxuries and compete in the Australian outback for several weeks - will return to screens on Sunday (19.11.23) and all of the stars heading Down Under have now been revealed.

Politician Nigel Farage, 59, and former Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears, 32, - who is also known for being the younger sister of pop superstar Britney Spears - lead the lineup of campmates.

The former UKIP leader admitted he is afraid of "heights" but is convinced that because of his controversial career in politics, "millions" will be voting for him to take part in the gruelling Bushtucker Trials.

He said: "Given millions hate me, I do expect people will vote for me to do trials! My crime was to stand against an establishment view and I was for many years the lone voice saying Europe wasn't where we should be, so I have been a little bit demonised. I am hoping those who hate me might hate me a little bit less afterwards. But it's a gamble."

Former 'Zoey 101' star Jamie Lynn is hoping that her stint on the show will help clear any "misconceptions" the viewing public may have about her following her alleged involvement in her sister's conservatorship arrangement.

She said: "There is literally every misconception you can have on a person about me so I don't take any of it seriously. But I do think going on 'I'm A Celebrity' will be a nice way for people to see the real me. This is an opportunity to be myself and do something really cool and have some awesome experiences in the meantime.

"I think my best quality is the fact that it takes a lot to hurt my feelings. Unless you are my children or my immediate family, nothing is going to hurt me. I can take a lot of s*** and it doesn't get me down, so I really think it's a good quality to have in a place where a lot of stuff is thrown at you!"

They will be joined by 'This Morning' host Josie Gibson, 38, 'First Dates' star Fred Siriex, JLS singer Marvin Humes, and NTA Award-winning 'EastEnders' actress Danielle Harold, 31, on the show.

Meanwhile, food critic Grace Dent admitted she is "filled with dread" at the thought of surviving in the jungle as she joked that her ideal campmate would be the "practical" Queen Camilla and 'Hollyoaks' star Nick Pickard - who is the soap's longest-serving cast member - admitted that he is a "bit scared of the dark" but jumped at the "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity when it presented itself.

'Made in Chelsea' Sam Thompson star will also be heading into the jungle and has already vowed to do the "cooking and the cleaning" for his fellow campers, whilst YouTuber Nella Rose is determined to "keep the morale" high in the jungle.

'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' will air on ITV1 and ITVX from Sunday 19 November at 9pm.
