Orange is the New Black is one of the biggest Netflix original series ever created, with four seasons released to-date and a fifth scheduled to broadcast at some point in 2017.

With Chelsea Handler also working with the streaming service, who now exclusively host her chat show, she decided to invite some of the cast of the ground-breaking series to her house for a dinner party, where they discussed how the show had changed the game and shifted perceptions of the LGBTQ+ community.

Taylor Schilling, Lea DeLaria, Uzo Aduba and Dascha Polanco speak about the strides that had to be made for OITNB to even become a living, breathing television series, with all of the women proud of what the show has accomplished but wary that many could become too complacent.

DeLaria is one of the most passionate stars in the clip, admitting she was once frightened by a group of teenage boys, but since the release of the show she would no longer be afraid to stay on the same side of the road as them'. Polanco also agrees that OITNB has changed the world and helped open the door for more Latina women to find work in Hollywood.
