The 58-year-old star has served as a panellist on the ITV1 lunchtime show since 2000 and regularly features alongside the likes of former 'Coronation Street' actress Denise Welch, broadcast legend Janet Street-Porter, and former 'This Morning' host Ruth Langsford but finds it "hilarious" that the presenters are always accused of "fighting" when off air and even appreciates the publicity when such a story makes it onto a magazine cover.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I read those magazines every week to find out what I'm doing, who I'm doing it with, who I'm friends with who I'm not because it's hilarious.

"It used to annoy me because they were always really negative. And it's always women bitching and they almost wanted us to be fighting. Why do women try to set other women up?

"However, I’m on the front cover, and they’re talking about us!

"Last week I saw one about me saying ‘I can’t do it anymore’ with a really awful pap picture. And I'm walking around Tesco thinking ‘I’m gonna have to buy that magazine’ to find out what I can’t do anymore.

"Genuinely, there is no feud. "

Coleen - who shot to fame as a member of The Nolans alongside her sisters in the 1980s - admitted that she and her co-stars don't all socialise as regularly as they would like to because of logistics but still feels as if she has found another set of sisters in her colleagues from the daytime show.

She said: "There’s no screaming matches behind the scenes, I think what happens is there is like a core beginning of the week group and a core end of the week group. So, Mondays and Tuesdays are normally the same panel as are our Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.

"We don't all socialise together. 24/7 We all live in different parts of the country. But when we're at work, and whenever we happen to be lucky enough to socialise together, honestly, they're just like my sisters. So I've got my sisters that I used to perform with and now I've got my ‘Loose Women’ sisters is what it feels like."

Away from the show, Coleen is now preparing to head out on a solo tour for the first time and admitted that she is "having sleepless nights" over the new venture but is ultimately "excited" to be hitting the road.

She said: "That’s why I called it ‘Naked’, I feel, very alone! It’s always been either with my sisters or the Loose Women or it's been part of a good company. But going out on your own tour is really scary.

And a lot of people think it's like ‘An Audience With…’ or a one-woman show but it's backing singers and doing all the songs everyone knows because they'll know the lyrics and I don't!

I'm having sleepless nights trying to learn lyrics of songs. So I’m really, really scared but I'm also really excited the same time."

Coleen's 'Naked' tour runs at various venues across the UK throughout February and March.
