Fleur East returned to The X Factor stage over the weekend to perform her debut single 'Sax', which some fans said was the best performance the show had ever seen from a contestant or guest.

Following the performance, Fleur said: "This show changed my life. It changes lives, I'm living proof."

Simon Cowell added: "Speechless. You were good last year, this was off the chart. This is why we made the show."

Meanwhile, the singer recently revealed that her debut album 'Love, Sax and Flashbacks' will be released on December 4, following eight months of writing and recording with the likes of Rodney Jerkins, Fraser T Smith, TMS and Oak.

During Fleur's time on X Factor as a contestant, the singer managed to fly to the top of the iTunes charts with her performance of 'Uptown Funk' before the song had even made an impact in the UK.

'Sax' is available now and currently sits at number 2 in the UK iTunes chart, behind only Adele's 'Hello'.
