During the filming of the sixth season of Game of Thrones, it seems that more people than ever before are on the hunt for spoilers from the sets of the show, likely because a lot of what we will see on-screen early next year will be brand new material not only to fans of the television series, but the book series on which it is based.

Because of this, the crew are now having a little bit of fun with fans, recently popping a White Walker dummy in a window in Girona's Old Town where filming is currently taking place - the setting for King's Landing.

It's extremely unlikely that the White Walkers will have made it to King's Landing, and so rather than this being a genuine spoiler as some might think, it's an innocent prank from a crew who want to hold huge elements of surprise for their show.

Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Richard E. Grant has joined the cast of the show, as well as The Babadook actress Essie Davis, both who'll play characters as part of a travelling theatre troupe.

Kevin Eldon has also been spotted filming several scenes over the past weekend.

Game of Thrones season six will come to HBO in the US and Sky Atlantic in the UK in April 2016.
