Game of Thrones returns in April to Sky Atlantic

Game of Thrones is scheduled to return to British screens on April 7 at 9pm on Sky Atlantic HD, just one day after HBO's American premiere.

The show will be available both on Sky, and their online streaming service Now TV.

Returning cast members include Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington, with new talent also emerging in the form of Mark Gatiss (Sherlock), Joel Fry (Trollied), Roger Ashton-Griffiths (Gangs of New York), Indira Varma (Luther) and Pedro Pascal (Homeland).

Creator of the fantasy novel series George R.R. Martin is also returning to write one of the episodes, alongside directors Michelle MacLaren (Breaking Bad) and Neil Marshall (The Newsroom).

Catch the first episode of the new season of Game of Thrones at 9pm on Monday, April 7 on Sky Atlantic HD.
