The 36-year-old actress and the 'Strictly Come Dancing' star are set to tie the knot after he got down on one knee during a special Valentine's Day proposal on Sunday (14.02.21), with Gorka admitting it had been the "best day".
Gemma wrote: "Valentine’s forever ... Of course I said yes (sic)"
Whilst Gorka shared online: "The best day with my forever Valentine’s ... I asked and she said YES!!!!!! ... Happy Valentine’s Day everyone (sic)"
Meanwhile, Gemma previously confessed she feels "lucky" to have had Gorka alongside her amid the coronavirus lockdown.
She shared: "I think I'm very lucky that I've got Gorka during this time because I know a lot of people are isolating on their own.
"When Mia was born, three days later he was away working on tour, so I did a lot of it on my own. Now it's nice to have him here and it's great for Mia as well. They get to bond and they've been inseparable as well."
And Gemma had insisted she isn't in a rush to get married.
She said: "People are always commenting on our Instagram photos with 'Put a ring on it' and I think, shouldn't you ask if I want to get married?
"No, I think how we are is perfect. We both like the fact that it keeps it fresh and keeps us on our toes. The fact we're aware that either of us could walk whenever we want, it keeps us making the effort and trying to make sure we know where each other stands and how lucky we are to have each other. And at the moment that dynamic works perfectly for us."
Gemma and Gorka share a daughter Mia, 19 months.
