The former 'Dancing on Ice' star drove her motor into the container, leaving it and one of her car windows in pieces, and she insists the lunar calendar was the reason for the unfortunate accident.

She wrote on Instagram: "The FULL MOON is definitely affecting me already I went from meditation sunflowers to smashing the glass on my car to reversing into a huge plant pot #fullmoonenergy #fullmoon .... what a day .... I always feel very strange around a full moon does anyone else I want to hear your experiences swipe across to see the days events Friday the 13th tomorrow im staying in !!! Freddie K keep away (sic)"

Gemma shared a picture of herself meditating in a field on sunflowers, and admitted earlier in the day she was trying "to not act crazy" because she was aware the moon could affect her actions.

She wrote on Twitter: "Beautiful day trying to not act crazy with the full moon coming"

Gemma is often on the road, and recently admitted she has received £250-a-time slimming injections to help curb her appetite.

She said: "I went on the jabs and that has been really good for me.

"You get injected basically and it curbs your appetite as well so it is handy when you are busy and on the road.

"I definitely feel much better since losing weight and I have got more energy and stuff. When you eat rubbish food, you feel rubbish and when you eat healthy, it's a lot better."

What's more, the 'TOWIE' star has previously boasted she has "the best butt in the world".

She said: "I am not obsessed with being thin. I really do love myself as I am. I don't have body issues or hang ups.

"People would pay thousands to have a butt like mine. I have got the perfect butt. It's the best in the world. It is up and it's big.

"I love my body. When I go on holiday now I just don't mind wearing swimwear. I honestly am at a stage now where I am as I am and I don't have to explain myself to anybody."
