The 'Love Island' star wants to walk away from his "party boy" image and is pushing himself to his fitness limits in order to fulfill his goal of a career in the ring.

In a preview of his new reality show 'The Fight Of My Life' - which launches on The Sun's YouTube channel at 6pm on Wednesday (23.09.20) - Jack could be seen working out in the gym as he said: "I don't always want to be known as the party boy who's out doing something he shouldn't be.

"I want people to see the side of me where they go, 'Oh my God, look, he's a professional athlete."

And Jack vowed to stop going out drinking with friends and eating "rubbish" in order to get the results he's looking for.

He added: "I'm going to be putting myself through absolute hell. There's no eating rubbish anymore.

"There's no having a few beers with your mates anymore down the pub.

"It's like boxing, focus, let's win."

Last year, Jack embarked on a health kick after doctors warned him he was obese and admitted he needed to overhaul his lifestyle.

The 29-year-old star previously said: "I was shocked to find my BMI was bordering on obese.

"A lot of the weight gain is after I have moved out of my mum's house.

"I find it a lot easier to get a takeaway or eat out because you can get too busy to sit down and make a meal.

"It's the busy lifestyle that gets in the way."

The reality TV star has recently been documenting his training on Instagram, showing a noticeably trimmer physique thanks to his gym work.
