James 'Arg' Argent has lost three stone in just 10 weeks.

The 'TOWIE' star has gone from 19st 1lbs to 16st thanks to his stay at No 1 Boot Camp's exclusive weight loss retreats in Norfolk and Ibiza.
The 28-year-old TV personality says he was determined to shed the pounds so he can look good on the beach when he films 'The Only Way Is Majorca' next week.
He said: "I am not going to lie - it has been incredibly tough and, yes, I have had the odd lapse. But I am thrilled to have lost three-stone and I do genuinely feel like a new man. I've had to buy a completely new wardrobe for Majorca because my waist is eight inches smaller.
"You should really be able to see the difference when I am larking about by the pool."
He said he knew it was time to get help when he saw how much he weighed.
He admitted: "I always know that I am trouble when my weight pushes to near 20 stone. That really is the wake up call I need to sort myself out.
"My trouble is, I just love my treats and chocolate and sometimes I don't know when to stop.
"I am prepared to knuckle down but it is all too easy to be tempted from the straight and narrow."
Arg was joined at No 1 Boot Camp by his 'TOWIE' co-star Kate Wright, 24, who spurred him on.
He smiled: "Kate was a really good influence on me. I used to look at her amazing body and think: 'I want the male equivalent!'"
Arg split from long-term girlfriend Lydia Bright in March and he's looking forward to having fun in Majorca.
He said: "I am young, free and single and not looking for anything more than that at present. Majorca is going to be a lot of fun. I look forward to showing off the new me."
