JLS at Capital Rocks

J.B. Gill is hoping he'll be able to do a reality show based on farming.

The JLS singer owns hens, chickens and a deer farm in Scotland and admits he would be interested in putting his agricultural experience to good use with a new show about farming next year when he has more time following the group's farewell tour, 'Goodbye - The Greatest Hits' tour.

Speaking at The Roundhouse in London's Camden Town last night (28.11.13), where radio station Capital FM and its dedicated charity, Help A Capital Child, held its annual star-studded fundraiser, Capital Rocks, J.B. told BANG Showbiz: "A farm reality show could work, maybe, you never know. I used to watch 'Jimmy's Farm'.

"The farming is very exciting, it was something I tried to set up running alongside what I was doing with the boys and as you say, when I have a bit more time on my hands it'll be great to focus on that.

"Hopefully I'll come up with some different opportunities as well in terms of TV and things like that so it's exciting."

But before such a TV series could get off the ground, J.B. admitted he will be logging onto Facebook to hone his farming skills on social networking game 'FarmVille', on which players take over the management of a virtual farm and their jobs include harvesting crops and raising livestock.

He added: "I haven't ever heard of 'FarmVille', I need to check that out!"
