Labrinth loves watching episodes of Come Dine With Me.
The singer declared his love for the Channel 4 show, declaring it his "guilty pleasure".
Speaking last night at the BBC Music Awards in London he said: "We drove over watching 'Come Dine With Me' because this guy had a TV in his car. That show man, I don't know why, it's a guilty pleasure. I just have to watch it."
However though he said he thinks the show is actually awful, he can't stop watching because Dave Lamb who narrates is hilarious.
"But it's really bad, it's trash TV but I love it. I think if they didn't have that commentator though I wouldn't watch it. He's the best."
Despite finding it fun to watch, he vowed never to appear on it himself as he's a self-confessed terrible chef.
"Nah. With my cooking I'd probably kill everyone, just burning down the house."
