Matt Evers says 'Dancing on Ice' has "implemented a lot more mental support" on the show.

The 44-year-old professional ice skater revealed that following the tragic death of former 'Love Island' host Caroline Flack - who took her own life in February, aged 40 - the team behind the ITV competition offer more psychological support to the stars of the show than ever before.
Matt - who said Caroline's passing was like "losing part of the ITV family" - said: “Now more than ever we have a lot of support.
“We’ve always had a little bit of support, but through the tragedies that have happened, they have implemented a lot more mental support.”
The skater - who will be partnered with Denise van Outen for the 2021 series - also revealed how many of the pros and celebrities particularly struggle when the series has come to an end, with what he described as a "post-show comedown".
He added to the 'Keep Calm and Kerry On' podcast: “We have the post-show comedown from the television series.
“I always get sick as soon as the show comes down. Either a really bad cold or the flu.”
Matt previously revealed he believed he contracted coronavirus back in March.
The American star was battling "flu symptoms" for almost a week.
He said at the time: "I've been very sick for the past 5 days.
"I've been having flu symptoms and been really spaced out. I've been down, thinking what am I? Who am I? I can't get home to my family in the States too, I have elderly parents so I've been feeling pretty helpless."
Matt also spoke about his symptoms on social media and thanked fans for their kind words, and said he was "feeling much better" now.
He tweeted: "Thank you guys for the messages. I became unwell this past Sunday. It was a very weird cold like illness. Headaches, body aches, coughing and now no taste or smell. I've been in isolation since then & feeling much much better today. Stay strong and we will get through this. (sic)"
